His ministers have been in charge for ten years or more and are reluctant to give up their power. This playbook is part of our "Creating History" series, and is designed for a group of young people to enjoy ,as in a class activity or as a club. It also lends itself for individuals to have fun with puppets, toy theatres and even to record as radio-style presentations.
