Flappy the pigeon is born with abnormally long wings that flap too loudly when he tries to fly. He frightens everyone with the loud clapping that results. He is asked not to fly and all the others start to bully him. When he rises to the challenge to try help save the princess, he realises that by believing in his inner strength and not let the bullies win, he can overcome all of this. He even wins a medal of bravery!
