The Happy Journey - a book series for parents and kids alike

Dear parents, Welcome to the Happy Journey, the very first paw by paw guide through amazing nature in many countries.

In this guide, Happy - a real doggie - will teach your kids to observe and respect nature and honour and protect all animals alike. He will also teach them about the never-ending circle of life.

While joining Happy on his journey, your kids will learn about forests, trees and flowers, rivers, sea, lakes and wetlands, caves, mountains and natural monuments. They will learn about seasons, meet other doggies and animals, kids and humans and, above all, learn about friendship and love.

A book series that grandparents will buy - to educate their kids - to properly educate their grandchildren.

OUR GOALS

1. To reconnect children and parents with nature

2. To get your kids actively back outdoors

3. To teach them modesty and the importance of protecting nature, introduce them to the diversity of the world and improve their observation.

That was Happy's only condition before he started posing for the book series. We gave him our word. And a cookie :)

AUTHORS

This book series is produced by 'Guardians of the Earth', an international movement for protecting nature. The authors mainly come from the Kladnik pack from Slovenia. Three boys, a girl and a doggie, all outdoor enthusiasts.

Bogdan (father) is a photographer and writer, author of 90+ books and founder of the Guardians. Pan (eldest son) is a writer and co-author of the first two official books about the renowned Shaolin Temple in China. Žan (younger son) is a designer and computer wizard & Nika (our friend) is a writer and trained expert for animals.

And Happy, the White Swiss shepherd, our furry brother and best friend - is the boss.
