Something was killing a lot of people in Atlanta, GA and it came from jugs of illegal whiskey made in a still. In a still segregated city, the victims were the wrong color and not a high priority until they reached over twenty. That's when Detective Jack Brewer was assigned to find out who was making the moonshine. He asked Johnny Morocco for his help since he had connections in the affected community that Brewer did not. It was a trade-off. Johnny was investigating what appeared to be a case of blackmail. Together they found the bootlegger's operation and put an end to it after a gun battle in the pines. Johnny's case was more than blackmail. It was filled with illicit affairs, prostitutes, clandestine meetings, street photographers and had international implications.

Private Investigator Johnny Morocco and Atlanta Police Detective Sergeant Jack Brewer are once again forced to work together to solve each other cases. Brewer has to find out who is making bad whiskey and killing Atlantan's and Johnny has to find a blackmailer. The friendly adversaries find that together they must turn the city upside down to find what they are seeking.
