Worry seems to be a regular part of daily life right now. We worry about work health, money and many other things.
Excessive worry can have major effects on your health, both mental and physical. At first these effects may seem minor, but if you don't take control of the causes of your worry, they accumulate and at some point, they may not be able to be overcome.
