The first issue is the behavior of parents with their children; how behavior is improved; and what methods parents can use to improve their behavior. The second issue will be about the adoption of children and how they are treated by their adoptive parents. The content dealt with two types of foster parents. The first type is good adoptive parents who behave in ways that are appropriate for their children. The second type is bad adoptive parents, whose goal is financial gain and not child care.
