But Satra is besieged from above by barbarian hordes, who constantly strive to protect themselves against those creatures which attack it from below. These 'things' are half-human, half-baboon. Stacy and her friends are imprisoned on Satra, while savage wolves lurk in the darkness if they should escape. Stacy must gain the trust of these wolves to survive.
