Just two days before Hurricane Carlie is set to hit the Florida east coast, a senator's son hits a pedestrian on their way home from a party. As the hurricane makes landfall, Major and his secret government team are called in to help clean up the mess. Their job is simple - pay off the victim and create a diversion - something that will distract the public. But this team is different. They create fake supernatural events to hide local government screw ups. They created the UFO sighting in Roswell, the Loch Ness monster, and even the Bigfoot hysteria.
