Timothy cycles through the countryside to meet up with friends. When they reach the wire fence surrounding the harbour, a sign reads, No Trespassing. They crawl under the wire to play inside the abandoned concrete bunker. Outside they overhear two men talking secretly, but are discovered. It takes the ingenuity of Granny P and Two-Four-Nine-Seven to recover the children 1500 miles away from home.
