They join the school in class fifth from where their process of learning and unlearning begins they are wayward, rude, and defy rules at times the arrival of a new Principal in this school, however, brings about a paradigm shift in their lives. This amazing Principal bans punishments and offers students to carry books in the exams. He brings to this remote and isolated school some of the who's who from India and abroad. The school becomes exemplary with several awards and trophies, and the boys are successful. The ideas of this Principal, a legion, and his experiments with the boys are now adopted by the CBSE and some of the best schools in India. "What is your secret of success?"
