In the whimsical land of Mizzipotazia, Mizzi Mozzi and her friends join Professor Brainleebrilliant on a visit to the magical Lapigashlar Library. When they arrive, they discover that the story-books have vanished, and the terrified tales are now hiding from the nefarious Three-Eyed Vulgarlix. With the help of Wizardly Wakkla-Mar, the trio devises a plan to save the library and free the captured story-creatures from the villain's clutches.
