Ladies and gentlemen, I want to draw your attention to the Government of Pakistan and both military and civil establishment. Yes very much like me all the middle career officers mostly drink tea and eat biscuits in meetings while having far more management exposure managing teams of more than 100 officers and non cadre officers. And they spend at the minimum of 15 years in highly influential positions interacting with leaders of Pakistan and top leaders and diplomats of other countries including the West. Now how much do you think these military and civil bureaucrats know about mostly everything that is of any importance for Pakistan. The answer is a lot more than the most expert researchers.
