The world that our forefathers knew no longer exists, and the world in which most of us grew up is no longer here either. Science has taken us into a new world in which humans and their activities are now augmented by robots that can perform many of the functions that were previously believed to be only possible for humans to perform.

The total impact of these changes is as yet unknown, but we do know that every facet of human existence has been and will continue to be impacted. There are many who fear for the future of mankind while others see possibilities for changes that will improve all facets of our lives. The one thing we do know — life will never be the same again!
