Dahn yoga is an integrated mind and body-training approach that includes in-depth stretching exercises, meditative breathing techniques, and strong awareness training. Its goal is to help professionals reach their full potential. The traditional name of dahn yoga is "dahnhak", which means "learning power". In Korean, "dahn" refers to an essential energetic element that permeates a wide range of life forms, and the word "hak" refers to its theoretical or philosophical meaning. During Dahn yoga training, doctors have learned to communicate vigorously with their bodies. When the body's circulatory system is stimulated, its natural healing powers are activated. With consistent practice, doctors can restore their health. In fact, they again acquire natural dominance over their bodies through power.
