While enjoying a summer vacation at the beach with his middle school friends, along with the festivities of the boardwalk, Richard witnesses a mysterious lady sitting on the beach by herself. Her singing is intoxicating and he sees her take someone into the ocean. Shockingly, they do not return. Flash foward years later, and the woman from the beach infatuates Richard's dreams. As he goes through life - gets married and has kids - she keeps returning to his dreams.
