Relying on the wisdom of Jesus, the apostle Paul of Tarsus and the sacred scriptures, the author reflects on the dangers of our spiritual depletion, and its consequences for our salvation that the world ruled by Satan tries to impose on our souls and our whole beings on an everyday basis.

Spiritual depletion takes place when destructive habits deplete our subtle spiritual energy, and the soul is then disfigured distorting its physical vehicles as a consequence (body, mind, emotions, personality).

The flesh and the Spirit are complete opposites.

Our most fundamental choice as followers of Jesus is choosing each day, each moment, which to obey.

As long as we choose to live for the flesh and not for the spirit, we will have to face the perils of the reduction of the spirit of God in ourselves, and a decline in our consciousness that will negatively affect our physical, emotional, and mental vehicles due to the disfiguring of our souls whose spiritual energy has been diminished.

The fastest way to suffer from spiritual depletion is to forget about God and His will for our lives.

It is the flesh, stirred to action by Satan, that drives this world.

To walk by the spirit is to crucify the flesh.
