MOODMUSIC or mood and music, is a course designed by March Music Collective to give the collective musical tools for easing mood shifts, as well as creating moods in their everyday lives. The goal of the course is to gain musical tools to effectively move through moods, by 3 musical methods - musical creation, consuming music, and musical collaboration. The MOODMUSIC journal gifts the reader with easy prompts to better recognize the connection between music and mood. With this knowledge, the reader can easily move through moods and choose what mood they wish to take on.
