They face an uncooperative Congolese general and eerily skilled rebel soldiers determined to stop their, or anyone else's, interference. As the death toll rises, and Slayer and Neva fight to stay alive and complete their mission, they discover that each of them have their own agenda which could leave one of them dead and neighboring countries at war.
