Fabrizio Tijerino is a traveler and a wanderer. I came up with his story from a common friend, Mira, a Lebanese lady, who told me about his adventures during a three-day break in Qubayat, north Lebanon.
The story unfolds around Fabrizio's vicissitudes and his struggle to deliver a precious book to an old friend of his, Dr Villa Campos. A mysterious gang is chasing Fabrizio in Beirut, Lebanon; they want the book at any cost. Eventually, moments before Fabrizio is obliged to hand over the book, a huge orange mushroom of smoke rises over Beirut's roof. The blast that dramatically shocked Lebanon and the whole of the world eventually helped Fabrizio to escape his fate.
