Hope after the Storm gives anyone who has gone through military sexual trauma or childhood sexual trauma hope and comfort, knowing that those unfortunate events within their lives don't define who they are as a person. It's difficult to acknowledge what happened and extremely challenging to process the emotions that arise after traumatic events. However, it's something that needs to be done to move on to the next stage in one's life... which is healing. But first, one must face the challenges to realize that there is hope after the storm.
