Join Timothy on his discovery of anxiety, whom he first befriended as a small fuzzy creature named Elliot.

As Elliot grows too big for Timothy, Timothy becomes more anxious and weary of his friend. After talking with his teacher, Mrs.Annie, Timothy learns that Elliot's anxiety can be coped with in healthy ways. He makes peace with his anxiety and accepts that he may have the feeling sometimes, not all the time.
