Small Town Boy is my story of growing up in a small Wisconsin town during the Great Depression and World War II years. It relates to the trials, tribulations and problems that a young boy endured in reaching maturity, and the local townspeople, friends and family that made it happen.

The encounters in grammar and high school, military service and college, describes the real life experiences that occurred and the consequences that sometimes resulted.

The knowledge gained and the lessons learned from those early years, provided the impetus for a young boy to continue working and learning, and eventually reaching the epitome of teaching and practicing the profession of dentistry.
