The title is Little Hungarian Calvary, but the others were written with similar care and the same vitriolic pen. Sometimes there are loose, easy, readable conversations one after the other, but the reader still feels that the author always wanted to say something small, something important. Whether he criticizes the grotesque, often catastrophic conditions in Hungary, or approaches life with black humor, his portraits and snapshots of the broad strata of society are equally accurate. In all the writer's attitudes, you can find solidarity for sensitivity and empathy, seasoned with some faint optimism. In his short prose writings, he tries to make an accurate contemporary impression of the vulnerable man in today's modernity.
