It is important to feel fulfilled. Being fulfilled is not the same as everything being OK, it's a feeling that whatever you are doing whether it is voluntary work, making your business grow, being a mom, whatever is giving you a feeling of purpose.
It is different things to different people, but whatever it is we need to feel that there is something in life that has a value that resonates well within, even if it is just for ourselves.
