Arizona Probate and Trust Administration and Litigation with Forms, authored by four experienced Arizona attorneys, explains the current state of the law in Arizona regarding trusts and estates. Many of the chapters are included purely as "how-to" guides for practitioners to apply the law, including all the necessary forms. It provides a comprehensive analysis of intestacy to assist attorneys and judicial officers to resolve questions that arise in intestate estates and includes several sections that address issues that may not be perfectly clear in application. Even with the breadth of the Arizona Trust Code, many issues are left open. This publication explains not only where the law currently stands, but how the law is likely to evolve in instances where application is not as clear as it should be. It also provides analysis regarding the complex issues raised by Arizona's departure from the Uniform Trust Code. The goal of the authors is to provide a comprehensive text to address the innumerable iterations of facts that inevitably arise in trust and estate administration and litigation, and this publication includes over 115 forms.
