But as they search for a safe haven before they're pursued by the covens, Maer and Koen experience strange happenings—pentagrams that glow blue, a pattern of triangles seeming to show up wherever they are, and weapons that they're able to set on fire.

Will they manage to find sanctuary? Or will they find themselves a part of a secret rebellion to eradicate all vampires?
