It was a short ride from where they were to the Apache camp. The ride for Gore was made even shorter with engrossing conversation from Waning Moon. Gore could not help but be amazed at how far Waning Moon had come from when he first met him some years back.
Gore was a much younger frontiersman back then, and so was Waning Moon.
Both men were young, strong and fearless. They came from two different worlds that often clashed when they met, and it would be easy to assume that they would come into conflict, but that did not come to be.
