Upon arriving in Ciudad del Este, Hu receives a stark warning about his niece's abduction by a notorious gangster named Young. Allegedly, Young has surrendered her to the Chinese triads under the command of a man named Zhao. In this lawless territory, justice is a rare commodity, forcing Hu to engage in covert fights to rescue his niece from the clutches of the mafia.
