Haunted by a feeling of being watched, Ed struggles to sleep through menacing dreams. Childish suspicions, perhaps, but they are true. Hiding in time the Thieves are watching him, waiting for the moment when they can snatch something very precious - his mind.

But he's not alone. A mysterious young being, born long ago, arrives to guide him to his future.
