Max, is an orphan time- traveller, sent to our time, to change history. He comes from a post-apocalyptic world where adults and children are separated. The young are brainwashed into obedience by the ruling elite which culminates in a sinister 'Assimilation' process. Max unwittingly discovers the horrible truth about the assimilation process and becomes determined to change his reality. The mysterious Lord Verseus takes Max under his wings. He plans to send him back in time to assassinate the U.S. President in the year 2012, whose policies result in the nuclear war, which will cause their hellish reality.
