I have always been fascinated by nature. The four seasons, the landscapes, the resilience of the earth after a fire. Even a lowly weed can produce a lovely flower. Nature is poetry in its own way, maybe that is why I have grown to appreciate it so much.

The past year or so, during this once in a lifetime pandemic, we have seen so much distress. People dying world-wide. So much anger, people behaving in strange ways. Some committed suicide, some seniors died from depression, after not being able to have visitors. During this ordeal myself, I was isolated to my room, not able to go out in bad air prompted by local forest fires or bad weather. But my faith in God brought me inspiration I have never felt before. Ideas would come and I would begin to write what I have seen and felt.

The book contains some poems written during the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic covered the Four Seasons. Even that brought me inspiration that I can share. These will be commented with Covid Inspired.
