This is a "proselette", a mixed (but not minced) novelette, half story, half poetry, about the inner thoughts and feelings of one of the damned, a vampyre, told through a bunch of salvaged pages from his half-burned journal. Be warned though; there are dark thoughts here. Insight into a [ damned mind / evil creature / caricatural hollywood expression ]* can be a depressing thing. So be careful not to tumble into the abyss. Even when it stares back at you and invites you in... But in the end there is actually really nothing to fear. No need for running, no need for hiding. Just sit, relax and let time pass. Death comes for us all.
