《医方集解》，明末清初·汪昂撰，刊行于公元1682年，共3卷。本书搜集切合实用方剂800余首，分列21门，以《内经》理论学说为指导，以仲景学说为基础，裒合数十医家硕论名言，对所采集方剂予以诠释，每方论述包括适应症、药物组成、方义、服法及加减等，是一部影响深远的方剂专著。
