This e-book contains a number of papers concerned with organizational excellence. The papers look at how the concept of excellence has developed over time, and discusses the visions of excellence in the future. The papers were first presented at the 10th Quality Management and Organizational Development conference, jointly organized by Lund University, Campus Helsingborg and Linköping University, and held from 18-20 June, 2007.
