The 115 page study gives detailed data on use of Twitter and other microblogging services including spending on consultants, use of staff time, plans for advertising spending and the breakdown of use between Twitter and all other microblogging services. The report helps companies to answer questions such as: how often do companies post? How many followers do they have? Do they post to multiple services at once? How often do they produce reports on how they appear on the microblogging sites? Do they advertise on such sites or have any plans to?
