At a time when Helen should be focusing on winning a prestigious baking competition for her business, she has to be more worried about Black Jack Pruitt coming back to town to exact his revenge. Not to mention, she's experiencing somewhat of a faith crisis as she reconciles pieces of who she is with who the Lord wants her to be. As Jesse and Helen do their best to navigate a tenuous friendship, challenges from all sides threaten any romance they might have.
