Professor Lade' Wosornu has been a professor in surgery, practicing and teaching in Ghana, Zambia and Saudi Arabia. He also has footprints in the field of creative writing. His works (especially poetry) have been selected and studied in schools in Ghana and West Africa (for the West African Examination Council's examinations). This one act play is an extract from his original collection of short plays: "THE CASEBOOK OF DR OP ASEM". It is a testimony that Prof. Lade' Wosornu is a complete creative writer—a poet, essayist, prose writer and a playwright.

He was columnist in the Ghanaian Times entitled: Wellness Issues. His well-known works include Desert Rivers, The Master Brewer and Raider of the Treasure Trove.

Prof. Wosornu is one of the few who have proven that there is no rivalry between the arts and sciences; that, "...in the end, art is science and, science is art!".

Behold! The Master Brewer, Prof. Lade' Wosornu: an opening between the Arts and the Sciences!
