This is not true.
Other people in your life probability know more about you than you do. We tend to be blind to areas in our life that can upset or anger us or that just don't show us in a positive manner.
When you do some self-assessment exercises, and really look at your life, you may be amazed at what you find and can change.
These changes can help you to live an amazing, fulfilling and interesting life.
