This study looks at the likelihood of lawyer at major law firms including a law school in their estate planning.Just a few of this report's many findings are that: 52.84% of lawyers sampled felt it was very unlikely that they would include a law school in their wills or other estate planning.Other than tax lawyers, those specializing in energy/environment were the most likely to be aware of the tax advantages of bequests to law schools.Data in the 25-page report is based on a sample of 221 attorneys at 65 major US law firms. Data is broken out by gender, work title, age, law school ranking, predominant area of legal practice and other variables.
