I déjà vu Ruler's Creed is a medical fiction, runs from ancient civilization to citadels to next gen. It illustrates a journey of self-realization of Bella – young bike racer. Story travels in past and present in dual narration. However it's fiction, references & inspiration comes from the heritage, actually an amalgamation where facts marries fiction. Folktales begin from historical icon Anang Pal, who formed Anangpur, which later become Delhi. Bella is about to quit race, but Dave's folktales & quote "Don't give up! Make your tour - memorable enough, inspiring enough so even your rivals wish to live life like yours! We are beside you!" echoes & re-charges her to continue the race. She gets Déjà vu, initially pointless, but eventually gets what it all means. Further teasing but smart tips of his brother - Rudraksh, helps her to catch up in the race. During an accident in race, her leg is terribly hurt; Bella acts to make sense of what the déjà vu she gets about her racing partner, both have distinct personalities. Take a look inside her mind.
