佛陀说："人的生命，只在一个呼吸问。"生命短促，我们应该善待自己，思索活着的意义。生命不是用来寻找答案的，也不是用来解决问题的，它是用来愉快地过生活的。人生多一分烦恼，就需要一分禅心来解救。红尘凡夫，人人都需要一颗禅心。(The Buddha said: "Life of a man is just in a breath." As the life is short, we shall be kind to ourselves and think about the meaning of being alive. Life is not used for seeking for the answer, nor for solving the problem, but for happily spending the life. The more portion of trouble the life has, the more portion of meditative mind is needed for rescuing. For the ordinary people in human society, everyone needs a meditative mind.)
