本书分为上篇﹑下篇两部分。上篇含6篇关于中西文化研究专题论文，形成中西文化对比与互鉴的体系和框架。下篇与上篇形成文学理论与实践的映照，含有4篇文章，属文学文本研究，研究专题有异，但均突出文学文本的细读，以求窥见大观。（This book is divided into two parts, namely Part I and Part II. Part I includes 6 monographs related to the Chinese and western cultural studies, which form a system and framework for contrast and mutual learning between Chinese and western cultures. Constituting a reflection for literary theory and practice with the Part I, Part II includes 4 articles of the textual studies of literature: although the study topics are different, they all highlight the intensive reading through the literature text to grasp a comprehensive perspective.）
