
Steve Potash, President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve is President and CEO of OverDrive, a company he founded in 1986. Under his leadership, OverDrive has become the world’s leading multichannel digital distributor, supplying a secure eBook-lending platform for thousands of libraries, schools and retailers worldwide. OverDrive has been named to the EContent 100 as a company that matters most in the digital content industry and is a member of the 2012 Technology Fast 500.

Mike Vantusko, Chief Financial Officer
Mike has more than 20 years of financial experience, most recently as a CFO for public and private companies. A CPA and MBA, Mike works closely with Steve Potash to develop and implement OverDrive’s strategic vision and capital structure.

Lori Franklin, Chief Operating Officer
Lori Franklin joined OverDrive in 2002 and is currently responsible for all operational functions, including Human Resources, Accounting, Facilities, Security, Customer Support and Success, Knowledge Services (Business Systems and Learning Systems) and Product Management. Prior to joining OverDrive, Lori held financial and consulting positions with Ernst & Young and franchise companies that own Applebee’s and Chili’s Bar & Grill restaurants. She is a CPA and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University. Lori was recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as one of its Women of Note in 2012.

Don Fabricant, Chief Sales Officer
Don is responsible for driving OverDrive’s overall revenue growth strategies. These include OverDrive’s rapidly growing K-12 digital content services as well as Collection Development services for Public Libraries, Colleges and Corporations. An education-industry veteran who previously held executive posts at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Eduventures and Thomson Learning, Don guides the development of new products and services that help schools maximize the value of their digital collections.

Jeff Sterling, Chief Technology Officer
For over 19 years, Jeff has been leading the development and architecture of OverDrive’s technology, including customer-facing applications, back-end services, and everything in between. Jeff graduated from Ohio Northern University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
