Learn how to browse, check out, and download OverDrive media. At the end of this course, staff should feel comfortable answering basic questions about your OverDrive service.

OverDrive Download Station
OverDrive Download Station is software that enables a public Internet station to also serve as a self-service download kiosk. This class will help prepare staff to demonstrate OverDrive Download Station and answer basic questions from users.

Note: This course is scheduled for libraries who add OverDrive Download Station software.
